The Post Electric Studios Tour
Post Electric Studio is a lovely recording studio based in Edinburgh and operated by producers Rod Jones and Kris Pohl who both feature in the video above. Post Electric also acts as a creative home to the band Idlewild.
The purpose build studio is situated in Leith close to an excellent steak house, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The studios boasts a very good range of new and vintage outboard gear. An SSL Duality desk is the focal point of the studio and you can work on Pro Tools or classic analogue two inch tape on their Studer 24 track machine.
Post Electric features a very nice sounding live room designed by Chris Walls. There are several rooms and a team of engineers based at the studio and we hope that this video tour gives you a good flavour of what's on offer.
Many thanks to Mike Exeter for being the roving RP 'talent'.
