Simon E LongoSimon E Longo, sound recordist and audiovisual artist, composer and acoustician has been working for two decades. Simon takes inspiration from electronica, as well as digital and organic aesthetics to create interdisciplinary art sound designs and experimental music with reference to neurosciences and synestesia.
His work includes sound production, field recordings site-specific installations, laptop and audiovisual performances under the stage name dithernoise.
Simone has been recording a vast amount of work on 12” vinyl and CD under a variety of names and aliases mainly during the 90's.
His most recent interest and concerns is in the study of the soundscape, field recordings and environmental acoustic together with producing cutting edge live and electronic art.
